Getting the care you need is easier than ever before

2. Fill out forms online prior to your appointment.
3. Gather any questions or concerns you may have about your oral health.
What to expect at your first appointment
- Professional dental cleaning
- Comprehensive exam
- Gum evaluation
- Digital X-rays
- Any necessary photographs
- Oral cancer screening
What to bring to your appointment
- Drivers license or another form of ID
- A dental insurance card if you have one
- List of any medications
- Filled in forms
- Any questions or concerns about your health
Paying for Care
We accept most major dental insurances. We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier, Dental Care Plus Group, and Aetna PPO. Additionally, we are proud to support our Military Community as Tricare Preferred providers in-network with United Concordia Dental.
We also participate in the Northern Kentucky Health Department Adult Dental Assistance Program.
Please contact us to verify if we work with your insurance plan. We also accept checks, cash, or credit cards, and offer a flexible payment plan.
While we do not participate in HMOs, we are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
If you do not have access to traditional dental insurance, we are happy to offer our in-house membership plan to make paying for care more predictable. Please click here to learn more.
